Overview
The Research & Engagement panel works will and across all panels to ensure they have access to customer insights needed for their discussions. The Research & Engagement panel also participates in designing research and engagement activities and assists with prioritisations of resources.

Commercial & Industrial Customer Engagement
The remit of the Research & Engagement panel is focused on residential and business customers.
Mark Grenning from the Energy Users' Association of Australia represents the interests of commercial and industrial customers in the process and is working with the Research & Engagement panel on select activities.
