Customer Workshops

We are an Australian energy delivery services business, which means that we own and operate the electricity poles and wires that take energy from where it's made to your home.

Every 5 years we work closely with customers, stakeholders and the Australian Energy Regulator to develop plans for our electricity distribution network.

Understanding our customer needs and preferences is vital to this process, especially as we shift to renewable energy sources and many people face cost of living challenges.


Talking with customers

We are holding a series of customer workshops (face-to-face and online) between August 2023 and October 2024. At the workshops customers can share issues, ideas and concerns about electricity distribution on our network.

There will be 4 rounds of workshops, taking place in the following locations:
  • Morwell | Residential customers
  • Wangaratta | Residential customers
  • Epping | Residential customers
  • Online | Business customers
  • Online | Residential customers

Reports are available for each round of workshops (right) completed to date.

Round 4

The final round of workshops will be taking place from 8-16 October 2024, in various locations. We will be sharing our draft proposal with the communities and testing whether their inputs from previous rounds have suitably been thread through out proposal.
