Overview

To help us, we’ve set up a panel of customers and other stakeholders to guide our work. Over the next couple of years, we will continue to talk to customers and communities on our network through a range of research and engagement activities.

Our benchmarking & opex panel is made up of experts on energy and customers, who are engaging with us as part of a wider Electricity Distribution Price Review (EDPR) engagement program.

Focus questions

During our benchmarking & opex panel meetings, we will be engaging with our panel members to answer the following focus questions:

1. Benchmarking: How might benchmarking be applied to give customers confidence they're paying no more than necessary for an efficient service?

2. Opex: How might we be confident that AusNet's opex represents value-for-money and prudent and efficient expenditure?
