Focus questions

During our Benchmarking & Opex panel meetings, we will be engaging with our panel members to answer the following focus questions:

1. Benchmarking: How might benchmarking be applied to give customers confidence they're paying no more than necessary for an efficient service?

2. Opex: How might we be confident that AusNet's Opex represents value-for-money and prudent and efficient expenditure?
