Electricity transmission customer advisory panel

The Transmission Customer Advisory Panel (TCAP) was established as part of the stakeholder engagement undertaken while we were preparing our regulatory plans for Transmission Revenue Reset 2022-27. The TCAP played a key role in helping shape our proposal.

With support from members, it has been transitioned to a standing engagement forum for transmission issues, continuing to help us stay abreast of our customers’ evolving needs, views and preferences and reflect them in our program of transmission work. The forum provides an opportunity for AusNet and its key transmission stakeholders to discuss key policies, events, trends and issues in the Victorian transmission industry from AusNet, TCAP members and other stakeholder’s perspectives as well as share and seek feedback and input on AusNet’s transmission activities and decisions.

Membership

The panel includes representatives from directly connected customers, consumer advocates, generators and other Victorian energy distributors. Current members include:
