This document outlines the engagement we will undertake on our Transmission Revenue Reset (TRR) 2027-2032 program until we submit our proposal to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) in October 2025.
The engagement plan is the result of a co-design process with process with customers representatives and other stakeholders that build on:
- our ongoing customer research
- our experience engaging across out three regulated networks
- engagement guidelines and best practices.
