EDPR 2026-31 Engagement panel members must declare all actual, potential and perceived conflicts of interest. If at any time during the engagement program a conflict arises or appears likely to arise, members must:

• notify AusNet as soon as practicable
• provide full disclosure of the conflict
• take any steps which AusNet reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.

Throughout the EDPR engagement program, however, panel members may be engaged, employed or concerned in any other business, trade, profession or other activity which does not place them in a conflict of interest with AusNet.

Use the form below to declare a conflict of interest. You can use this same form to declare any new conflicts that arise during the term of your agreement, or advise of a change of circumstances involving an earlier declaration.
