On Thursday 06 November 2025, the EDPR panel members and other key stakeholders had a final opportunity to engage with AusNet’s proposed responses to the AER’s Draft Decision ahead of the submission of the Revised Proposal in early December. The workshop provided a structured forum to work through five major topics that either required further engagement or had been significantly reduced in scope by the Draft Decision.

These topics were Connections Tax, Capital Efficiency Sharing Scheme (CESS), Reliability, Resilience, Customer Experience Opex, Digital Expenditure, and the Customer Service Incentive Scheme (CSIS).
